Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years experience in the area

Proficiency with current financial software

Understanding of US GAAP

Key Responsibilities

Accounting and Financial Reporting

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations. Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in accordance with US GAAP reporting standards and local regulatory requirements.

Internal Control and Compliance

Establish and maintain a robust internal control framework for local entities and joint ventures, in line with the company's global internal control standards and local regulatory requirements. Conduct regular internal control assessments, identify control weaknesses, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.

Team Management and Leadership

Foster a high - performing team culture, promote teamwork, and encourage continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in overseeing the financial operations of multinational companies

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
