Controller – Responsibilities

Strategic Accounting Leadership - Implement accounting strategies, goals, and policies

Oversee financial systems including general ledger, budgeting, and cost allocation

Financial Reporting & Compliance

Prepare financial statements, tax filings, and external reports

Ensure timely, GAAP-compliant reporting and support international unit consolidations

Conduct financial analyses on cash flow, investments, and banking for global entities

Operational Oversight - lead daily accounting functions, including internal controls, systems oversight, and process improvements

Supervise AR operations, credit assessments, and collections

Coordinate international finance teams and budgeting process

Drive financial controls and compliance.

Controller – Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

CPA preferred

Manufacturing industry

8+ years accounting with demonstrated leadership experience
