Seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a minimum of 1+ years of Behavior Specialist experience for a full-time, contract position in Baltimore, MD.

Requires national BCBA certification and valid US credentials.

Must have school and autism experience, with a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (Master's or PhD).

Caseload includes K-12 students, with 37.5-40 hours per week during the 2025-2026 school year.

Responsibilities include managing special education students, IEP meetings, supervising RBTs, data collection and analysis, developing BIPs, conducting FBAs, and providing behavioral support.

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families; participate in crisis teams; support skill development and behavior reduction.
