Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions.
Provide technical expertise and ensure quality and efficiency of platform solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective workflows, applications, and integrations.
Stay updated on ServiceNow features, propose enhancements, and leverage platform capabilities to improve business processes.
Require a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of ServiceNow experience across modules, active CSA and ITIL certifications, and strong communication skills.
Must have problem-solving abilities, Agile experience, and be comfortable working extended hours if needed.
