Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Help Project managers prepare agency bid documents and submit bids per outlined guidelines.

Provide project administrative management of awarded contracts (quantity tracking, material procurement, equipment utilization, labor tracking)

Coordinate with construction manager and field leadership, establishment of project performances requirements

Maintain documentation of quantities and value of work estimate/completed to support forecasting for future project performance in HCSS tools.

Provide ongoing support to Construction/Operations for efficient and profitable execution of work including scheduling, procurement and change/ order supplemental work processes

Monito/Manage subcontractor's work

Partner with contract manager to review and process financial aspects of contracts (I.e.: billings, subcontract, payments, material payments, collections, etc.)

Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/ problems (material quality, equipment operations, material quantity discrepancies.)

Monitor and discuss production problems with coworkers/managers and supervisors

Build and maintain relationships with agencies and community leaders

Help project managers with material takeoffs for bids

Ensure that work in progress conforms to specifications, is of high quality, and adheres to schedules

Review proposal, specifications, drawings, pre-bid meetings and visit project sites to determine scope of work required in preparing bid/ estimate proposal

Help project managers determine labor, equipment and material requirements to complete project and use of information to prepare bid/ estimate proposal

Other miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:

College degree in CEM or related field required

Strong computer skills required, fluency in Microsoft office, experience with HCSS heavy bid / Heavy job, Bluebeam, Agtek preferred

Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Must have good math skills and ability to organize and prioritize work

Basic survey skills and the ability to read plans and specifications

The ability to work well with others as a team and handle pressure and stressful situations positively.

Must have a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction and safety.
