Human Resources Generalist
Job Summary:
The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.

Bethesda, Maryland Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full life cycle of onboarding experience, to include, entering new hires into the HRIS database, benefits orientation/administration, I9 process and E-Verify.
Initiates background checks and the drug screening process.
Maintains data integrity within all of the ADNET HR related systems
Ensure employee files are accurate and complete.
Responsible for Benefits invoice reconciliations.
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
A minimum of 4 years of Human Resource Generalist experience.
Experience working within the GovCon environment preferred.
