Job Description:

Lower, LLC a Columbus, Ohio based National Mortgage Lender is looking for a Recruiter. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to deliver qualified candidates to the organization. The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships.

What you'll do:

Execute strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent for our Sales Team

Execute employer branding activities utilizing LinkedIn and other social media

Responsible for execution of front-end recruiting process, including, sourcing and screening interviews

Assess candidate's skills, experience and knowledge relevant to the position requirements

Meet weekly with department heads to go over recruiting pipeline and strategies

Manage all aspects of the sales recruitment life cycle including but not limited to candidate sourcing, prospecting, production evaluation and candidate screening

Maintain a recruiting database using company CRM and proprietary technology

Ability to clearly explain the company value proposition in a way that provides transparency and excites candidates

Provide an elite recruiting experience throughout the entirety of the recruiting process

Ability to interact and clearly communicate with internal and external clients

Must be a self-starter and comfortable with independence on projects

Strong organization and detail-oriented skills

Who you are:

1+ years of experience recruiting for sales roles

Ability to interact and clearly communicate with internal and external clients

Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc.)

8 hour shift
