Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting our diverse range of products, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers in-store and via phone or email, assessing their needs and recommending suitable promotional products.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer requirements are met within specified timeframes.

Assist in the preparation of sales reports and track sales performance to meet individual and team targets.

Stay informed about industry trends and new product offerings to provide knowledgeable advice to customers.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events.

Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.Required Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in the Promotional Printing and/or Marketing industry.

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Proficient in using basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards achieving sales goals.

Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM
