As a Software Factory DevOps Engineer on our team, you’ll pipeline our software development from requirements to testing in production. You’ll incorporate automation and cloud resources to minimize repetitive tasks and free up the team’s developers to do what they do best—innovate. You’ll work together with fellow professionals to implement continuous integration and delivery to limit manual testing and troubleshooting.

You Have:

5+ years of experience in the development of tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments

3+ years of experience automating CI/CD pipelines

Experience with mobile development automation utilizing frameworks, such as Appium

Experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and managing API documentation through frameworks, such as Swagger

Experience working with Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs) such as Hibernate or SQLAlchemy

Experience with databases and writing SQL Queries, such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or SQLite

Experience using Python and JavaScript

Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions and hosting applications on commercial cloud providers

Top Secret clearance

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer and Information Security, Computer Security, or Network Administration and 5+ years of experience in DevOps, or 7+ years of experience in DevOps in lieu of a degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
