Sr. Electrical Engineer

Compensation Up to $140,000 + 12% Bonus + PAID Relocation

Are you a skilled electrical engineer looking to lead impactful projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a results-driven professional to join our client's team and help drive operational excellence at a high-tech production facility specializing in advanced polymer films.

Responsibilities:

Champion a safety-first culture, leading key electrical safety initiatives and contributing to site safety teams.

Manage and implement complex electrical and controls projects, from design through execution.

Support continuous operations in a 24/7 production environment by troubleshooting and optimizing electrical systems.

Lead root cause investigations and structured problem-solving activities to resolve equipment or system issues.

Partner with process and quality teams to develop and implement small to mid-size projects that improve efficiency and reliability.

Support equipment startups, operator training, and documentation updates for new or upgraded systems.

Identify and propose value-driven improvements using your understanding of operational and financial priorities. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)

8+ years of experience in electrical engineering

Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, distribution equipment, and standards

Proven experience in capital project execution and continuous improvement efforts

Manufacturing experience is a strong plus
