As an Assistant Manager, you will take the lead in developing a team that excels in providing excellent product quality and customer service, driving sales, and managing costs effectively. Key Responsibilities:

People Management: Foster a work environment that embodies Marco's leadership behaviors and values. Attract, retain, and develop top talent while training team members on best practices in service and operations.

Product Quality: Uphold rigorous standards for food quality, service speed, and hygiene, ensuring an exceptional experience for each customer.

Operational Management: Assist in organizing marketing events to boost sales and take accountability for achieving key performance indicators. Oversee the cleanliness of the restaurant and maintain security protocols for financial transactions. Qualifications:

At least 1 year of restaurant or management experience is preferred.
