The Sr. Technical Project Manager will lead meetings, gather stakeholder requirements, present to executives, and drive product values for projects. We work closely with internal maintenance, safety, and engineering partners to deliver world-class guest experiences across Disney Parks.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities include:

Coordinate projects with cross-disciplinary teams (Imagineering, Engineering, Safety, Operations)

Overall planning, directing, and coordinating project activities and tasks throughout the project lifecycle

Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap

Gathering, managing, and prioritizing market/customer requirements

Develop milestones and baselines for planning, tracking, and communications

Creating and presenting executive presentations

Working with technical partners to define product features and scope

Other tasks can include creating process models, storyboards, workflows, data analytics, and road shows

Required Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of proven experience related to project management

Successful handling of more than 3 projects

5+ years using Agile or hybrid project methodologies

Strong knowledge of Project Management tools (ex: Jira, MS Project, SmartSheet)

Ability to analyze and interpret data

Ability to think strategically and strong problem-solving skills

Ability to speak to all levels, from technical partners to executive

Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills

A strong sense of working with data

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience working with software engineers or leading a software project using Agile methodology

Additional certification: CSPO or CSM

Education

Bachelor's Degree
