Python Engineer – AI Engineering San Francisco On-site (4–5 days/week)

$150k–$250k + equity New York AI Top-tier academic background required

We’re hiring a high-calibre Python Engineer with strong AI engineering experience to join an ambitious team based in San Francisco.

You’ll play a critical role in building intelligent, scalable systems—working at the intersection of software engineering and applied AI. The ideal candidate has a passion for clean, efficient code, real-world deployment of machine learning models, and thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments.

What we’re looking for:

Deep Python expertise and experience building production-grade systems

Strong knowledge of AI/ML engineering (e.g. model deployment, pipelines, APIs)

Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top 20 university (US or global)

Willingness to work 4–5 days per week on-site in SF

Nice to have:

Experience with distributed systems or cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)

Exposure to MLOps tools (e.g. MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes)
