Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as Vice President of Operations at My Credit Union located in Fort Worth, TX. The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing strategic plans, managing projects, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Operations Management and P&L Management skills
Customer Service expertise
Experience in Strategic Planning and Project Management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Previous experience in a financial institution is a plus
