Tech Philanthropy Program Coordinator

Location: New York, NY (Onsite Start)

Pay Rate: $37.04/hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a Tech Philanthropy Program Coordinator to support the development and execution of philanthropic tech initiatives across the Americas region. This role reports to the Regional Tech Philanthropy Program Lead and focuses on coordinating impactful volunteer opportunities that allow employees to give back using their technical skills.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, event planning, and communications, with a passion for purpose-driven work and a meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Coordination & Execution

Oversee end-to-end logistics for regional Tech Philanthropy programs, including volunteer sourcing, nonprofit coordination, training, communications, and status reporting.

Track activity and generate success metrics for programs.

Event Management & Logistics

Coordinate a portfolio of initiatives across stakeholders and regions.

Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Legal, Multimedia, Corporate Security, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of events.

Manage logistics such as invoice processing, budget tracking, and shipping of event materials.

Support hands-on volunteering events during global volunteer month and assist HR with recruitment-related events.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of relevant experience in project/event coordination or program management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint (or similar), Jive (or similar), Adobe Creative Suite, and Zoom.

Ability to work effectively with global and virtual teams.
