Then, my client’s on-site Procurement Analyst Role sounds just right for you!

You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field

3-5 years of experience in procurement and/or Order to Cash processes, preferably supporting Manufacturing.

Strong ERP experience, including some SAP

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

· The ability to support the Procurement and Finance functions from Cradle-to-Grave

How You'll Thrive:

Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Management: PO Management/Tracking

Create and Maintain item Master Data

Invoice Approval & Dispute Resolution: Extensive collaboration with vendors

Shipment Tracking/Supplier Coordination, tracking OTD

Monitor shipment schedules, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure goods are received according to agreed timelines.

Order-to-Cash (OTC) Management: Managing Entry thru Closure

Coordinate Cross-functionally to drive PTP and OTC Processes internally, as well as externally utilizing project management skills to optimize fulfillment, delivery and payment as required.
