Contract to Hire

CNC Operator – Kalamazoo, MI

Hours may vary

Pay based on experience

Job Duties:

Experience with manual mills and lathes required

Experience in working on a CNC lathe

CNC lathe set up

Quality inspection and validation of parts to specification and print dimensions using calipers and other measurements.

Requirements:

Must be able to Read Blueprints, Tape Measure, Levels

Ability to do math to use fractions and decimals to insure they are tacking up the frames according to the blueprint dimensions given.

Ability to lift and or move up to 25+ lbs throughout the entire shift

Ability to stand, walk, bend and stoop

Ability to use hands to finger, handle and feel

Specific vision abilities required for various jobs include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus

Ability to understand and communicate (talk-read-hear) work instructions
