The Client operates 5 full-service dealerships in Iowa and Nebraska, offering new and used trucks, parts, service, and a Body Shop for repairs. With a history dating back to 1954, the family-owned company has over 300 employees across its locations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in O'Neill, NE. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining store standards, and implementing retail loss prevention measures.

• Effective Communication skills

• Experience in Store Management

• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies

• Leadership and Team Management skills

• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
