Shifts available:
1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:
Lead daily production operations for your assigned shift
Manage and mentor frontline team members in a fast-paced environment
Ensure equipment readiness and support preventive maintenance
Monitor inventory of ingredients and finished goods; coordinate with vendors
Oversee scheduling, payroll tracking, and labor planning
Collaborate with department leads to document SOPs and deliver hands-on training
Enforce strict compliance with safety, health, and food quality standards
Qualifications:
3–5 years of bakery or food manufacturing experience
2+ years in a team lead or supervisory role
Strong working knowledge of commercial baking equipment and safety protocols
Comfort managing inventory, workflows, and shift-based production teams
A leadership style that’s hands-on, clear, and motivating
