Location: Hybrid in Camden, New Jersey - onsite 3 days a week, remote 2 days a week

5 + years of BA/BSA experience working in primarily working within application development

Experience working in both waterfall and agile environment

Expert knowledge and hands on skills with JIRA and Confluence

Experience creating technical user stories, process flows, wire frames and swim lanes

Experience working with offshore resources

Experience supporting telematics

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Business System Analyst to work with 2 scrum teams that are responsible for both custom and SaaS applications. The team consists of onshore and offshore QA, and development resources as well as a scrum master who they will collaborate with daily. The Sr. BSA is responsible for gathering and documenting requirements from key stakeholders and translating them into technical specifications (user stories, process flows, wire frames and swim lanes) to deliver to the development teams. They will help guide the team and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and documentation repository for them. Compensation: $60/hr to $65/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
