Job Summary:
The responsibilities of a Service Advisor include in person, email and phone communication with our valued customers as well as technicians, parts and sales personnel. GM experience is extremely helpful and general vehicle knowledge is a requirement. ASE or other certificates are also a plus. This is a very rewarding yet challenging position that requires good time management, organization skills, a pleasant personality and the ability to multi task at times. Dependability is a must as our guests expect us to be here when they need us.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
Prepare repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and GM guidelines
Test drive vehicles with customers when necessary to verify concerns
Communicate directly with the Service Technicians so that customers can be informed
Answer incoming phone call and emails as necessary and return phone call and emails quickly
Service Advisor Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience as an advisor or technician
Knowledge in some aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
Fast, eager learner and team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
