Senior Project Manager, eCommerce

Responsibilities

Lead and manage eCommerce and Digital projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

Drive Omni-Channel strategies by coordinating efforts across digital platforms, retail, and customer engagement channels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and manage execution.

Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Implement project management best practices and tools to enhance delivery and team collaboration.

Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring resource alignment and performance.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to support project success.

Continuously assess and improve the eCommerce customer experience, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and digital best practices, including accessibility, GDPR, and PCI standards.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Project Management, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience managing Omni-Channel initiatives and digital transformation projects.

Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, and WooCommerce.

Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure.
