Position Overview:

We are seeking a talentedApplication Programmer / Software Developerto provide system development and comprehensive IT support services. The ideal candidate will support the modernization of a web-based application system in a collaborative team environment, using technologies such as ASP.NET, Bootstrap, JavaScript, C#, and Oracle.

This position involves developing new features, enhancing existing ones, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Candidates must have experience in Agile Scrum environments and demonstrate the ability to provide Tier-3 support for system users.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain .NET applications using Visual Studio, HTML/CSS, ASP.NET, Razor, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery, C#, and Oracle

Follow MVC and microservices design patterns

Participate in Agile Scrum software development lifecycle activities

Conduct unit and integration testing before release for user acceptance testing

Research and evaluate new frameworks and technologies for continuous improvement

Provide Tier-3 support and troubleshoot user issues

Attend in-person meetings on an as-needed basis

Required Qualifications:

B.S. degree in an IT-related field

3+ years of experience in ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, and Visual Studio

Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft DevOps

Ability to work onsite 2 days per week (hybrid schedule)

Must be available on camera for all remote meetings via Microsoft Teams

Additional Required Experience (minimum of 2 from this list):

Experience with Microsoft DevOps using GIT

Proficiency with Bootstrap (v3+)

Experience developing RESTful web services

SQL Server (T-SQL) or Oracle (PL/SQL) database experience

Agile Scrum environment experience

Tier-3 support including issue analysis and resolution

Familiarity with dependency injection

Strong oral and written communication skills

Security Clearance:

Active DoD Secret clearance required

Candidates withinterim Secret clearanceare eligible to start
