Sr. Front End Software Engineer

We are looking for aSr. Front End Software Engineerto work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React and ES6.

Modernize and refactor legacy jQuery-based codebases to align with current best practices.

Implement and maintain robust unit tests using frameworks such as Mocha, Jasmine, and Jest.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers.

Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across platforms and devices.

Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional front-end development experience.

Strong proficiency in React, ES6, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

Experience working with legacy jQuery stacks and migrating to modern frameworks.

Solid understanding of unit testing and experience with libraries such as Mocha, Jasmine, and Jest.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
