QA Automation Lead

We are looking for aQA Automation Leadto work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities

Lead the QA automation strategy, framework development, and test execution across multiple projects.

Design and implement automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, and Ruby.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Analyze test results, identify bugs, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Utilize SQL for data validation and backend testing.

Contribute to test automation using Python for scripting and integration with CI/CD pipelines.

Mentor QA engineers and promote best practices in test automation and quality assurance.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in QA automation, with at least 2 years in a lead role.

Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, and Ruby.

Proficiency in SQL for database testing and validation.

Experience with Python for scripting and automation tasks.

Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Mocha, Jasmine, or Jest is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.
