Position:Applications Developer

Compensation:$100,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experience

Location:Midland, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Enable business operations with custom tools and apps

Build and deploy responsive Power Apps solutions

Automate workflows using Power Automate

Integrate with internal tools and business systems

Collaborate with analysts and developers for cohesive solutions

Own application delivery from design to support

Mentor junior team members

Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Utilize secure API integrations for system connections

Required Qualifications & Experience:

BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience

5+ years in systems integration or software development

3+ years of oil and gas industry experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Hands-on experience with API development

Knowledge of Databricks, Azure SQL, Python, and DAX

Experience with industrial data from sensors and SCADA
