Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

2–5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and certifications.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

Solid understanding of core database concepts and hands-on experience with Database Management Systems (DBMS).

Practical experience in physical data modeling, database design principles, and programming.

Ability to analyze moderately complex data to identify issues and propose alternative solutions.

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to deep-dive into specific tasks to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions.

Additional Qualifications:

Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new hardware, software, and operating systems.

Knowledge of data strategy development and the creation of related policies.

Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in an organized manner.

Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
