Programmers.io is currently looking for anUI UX Designer

(Hybrid Role in DALLAS,TX) 2 Days Onsite and 3 Days Remote

Contract Role open for C2C Only (Only US Citizens and Green Card Holders)

JD-

4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, with significant experience designing for enterprise-level software and working directly with business clients.

Deep expertise in at least one established UI/UX design system (e.g., Material Design, Fluent Design System, Human Interface Guidelines, Atlassian Design System, IBM Carbon, etc.). Please specify in your application which system(s) you possess deep expertise in.

Advanced proficiency in at least two popular UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Penpot, Framer, InVision, Marvel). Please specify which tools you are highly proficient in.

Comprehensive understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and interaction design best practices,with a strong understanding of the specific challenges and opportunities in enterprise software design.
