We are looking for aSenior HRIS Analystto join our team and take ownership of advancing our HR technology landscape. Reporting to the HRIS Manager, this role is ideal for a highly analytical, technically savvy HRIS professional with deep expertise inWorkday HCMand a passion for using data and automation to drive HR strategy.
The Senior HRIS Analyst will act as atechnical subject matter expert (SME)for our HR systems, guiding system design, process improvements, and data strategies across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the SME forWorkday HCM, managing configuration, security, feature enhancements, and system performance.
Lead and support HRIS projects with strong project management and change management skills.
Partner with HR, IT, and external vendors to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
Create complex reports and dashboards using Workday Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.
Drive utilization of HRIS for organizational analytics through advanced reporting and metrics.
Maintain and improve data integrity through regular audits, validations, and data governance practices.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements, automation, or integrations to increase efficiency.
Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable communication for non-technical audiences.
Provide training, support, and mentorship to other team members within HRIS and HR operations.
Maintain current knowledge of HR technology trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degreein Business, HR, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered).
Minimum7 years of experience in an HR environment.
Minimum3 years of hands-on HRIS experiencewith at least2 years supporting Workday HCM.
Advanced Excel skills(e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).
At least4 years applying statistical and analytics skillsto solve HR-related business challenges.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong experience in stakeholder management across HR, IT, and external vendors.
Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Advanced knowledge ofHR data management and reporting.
