Senior .NET Engineer

This is a HYBRID role and will require working onsite in offices located in Columbus, Ohio.

As a Senior .NET Engineer, you'll be joining our team of talented experts. The right candidate will possess the following experience:

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Design, development, and maintenance of our web and desktop applications.

Responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and security of our applications, as well as managing the project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Collaborate with other directors, managers, and stakeholders to align the application strategy with the business goals and vision.

Plan, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web and desktop applications using .NET technologies and frameworks.

Ensure the quality, performance, security, and scalability of the applications and follow the best practices and standards.

Manage the application development lifecycle, including the project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.

Collaborate with other directors, managers, and stakeholders to understand the business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

Research and evaluate new technologies and tools and recommend solutions to improve application functionality and user experience.

Troubleshoot and resolve any application issues and provide technical support.

Required Skills and Experience:

Extensive experience in .NET application development and .NET web app development, as well as strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.

At least 10 years of experience in .NET application development and .NET web app development.

Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API, Microservices, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Experience with CI/CD, Containerization.

Cloud experience with AWS is required (Azure & GCP is nice to have).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

Attention to detail and quality orientation.
