Sr. IT Project Manager, Cybersecurity

We are looking for aSr. IT Project Manager, Cybersecurityto work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement and integrate cybersecurity solutions.

Manage risk assessments, compliance initiatives, and incident response planning.

Oversee the deployment and optimization of tools such as Cisco security solutions, Archer GRC, and CrowdStrike.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, status reports, and stakeholder communications.

Ensure cybersecurity best practices are embedded in project lifecycles and organizational processes.

Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners to support project execution and tool integration.

Qualifications

7+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on cybersecurity initiatives.

Proven experience managing projects involving Cisco security technologies, Archer GRC, and CrowdStrike.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).

Experience working in agile and hybrid project environments.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

PMP, CISM, or CISSP certification is a plus.
