Job Description
Assist relevant stakeholders on legal administrative filing, submission and/or reporting of legal data
Set up, organize and maintain filing systems (paper and electronic) in accordance with applicable procedures and standards
Liaise and coordinate with external service providers (where necessary)
Record, distribute and monitor deadlines for the legal team in general
Manage office correspondences, including emails, phone calls and mail, efficiently and promptly
Plan and schedule appointments, conferences, meetings and travel arrangements
Manage payments of invoices and budget monitoring
Support team for signing and documents requests
Maintain communication with other departments
Support team with all administrative functions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree graduate
Minimum 3 years of working experience in administrative matters
Prior working experience at a law firm would be an advantage
Able to work on a wide range of matters with minimum supervision
Have good communication and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
Able to effectively handle sensitive and confidential information
Able to work as a team
Have advanced knowledge for the use of Microsoft Office, including word, excel, and powerpoint
Fluent in English, both oral and writing.
