Senior Project Manager Industrial Construction

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale industrial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of industrial construction (e.g., manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, power plants) and a strong background in project planning, financial oversight, safety, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all phases of industrial construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality control, and client communication.

Oversee project delivery to ensure it meets scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and cost forecasts.

Monitor job site safety and compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and vendor contracts.

Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, including Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Engineers.

Identify and mitigate potential project risks and resolve issues proactively.

Prepare and present project progress reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master s degree a plus).

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in industrial projects.

Proven track record of delivering complex industrial construction projects on time and within budget.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project), and budgeting tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficient in project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD).

PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

OSHA 30 certification is a plus.

Working Conditions:

Combination of office and field environment; regular site visits required.

Travel to project sites as necessary (may be regional or national).

Ability to work extended hours during peak project phases.
