We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, office management skills, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture.
Duties
Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
Assist in training development and onboarding new employees.
Support human resources functions, including payroll processing and employee records management.
Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and invoicing.
Coordinate event planning for company meetings, workshops, and team-building activities.
Provide administrative support to management as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or office management position is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
Experience in human resources functions is desirable but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
