About the role
Focused on governance and enabling the entire backend operation through process & yield integration ( FE to BE ), technical & methodologies, and data integration and analysis
What you will do
Establish and drive the BE data maturity road map
Drive data integration and analysis of large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights that inform business decisions & improvement
Standardise and establish advanced analytics models, such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling
Develop and enforce data governance policies and practices
Coach and Governance Process Characterisation data analyst (input and output correlation checker)
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support the task force/crisis
What will you need
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
At least 10+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or related fields
Proven track record of managing and delivering complex analytics projects
Extensive experience with data analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, including Python, R, SQL, and/or other analytics platforms
Experience in data visualisation & statistical tools like Spotfire, Power BI, or similar
Strong ownership with driving, pushing and executing ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong leadership with perseverance and cooperation inside
