Gameday is an innovative men's health center specializing in testosterone replacement
therapy, erectile dysfunction, weight management, and PRP.
Over 40% of men have Low T by age 40, and over
60% will experience ED at some point in their life.

men receive effective treatment. We have an in-house lab and do all patient testing
on-site. Men want fast appointments and efficient care, and we deliver on both. (Our
on-site lab gets testosterone levels back in 15 minutes!)
Our Carmel and Fishers clinics are now hiring for an Assistant Manager to oversee the daily
function of our clinics. The Assistant Manager will obsess over providing an amazing
patient experience, the highest level of clinical excellence and support the clinicians on staff.
The Shoes You'll Fill
You have the unique and incredible responsibility of creating a
clinic culture that champions both your patients and your staff to feel their best. A
successful day for you is when our patients leave happier and healthier than when they
came in. Your focus each day touches every corner of your clinic, ensuring a clean
location, a friendly team, and a patient centric environment. Your job extends far beyond
the reach of the office though. This is a job for someone who is marketing focused and
experienced in business development out in the community, as well!
● Lead generation and business development, constant lead development
● Communicate with the clinicians and maximize appointment booking
● Find opportunities for grassroots marketing and local community connections
● Carefully track marketing efforts
● Extreme Administrative duties including reporting, P&L analysis, payroll, cash handling,
inventory and ordering, etc.
● Managing social media sites and monitoring performance.
What You Bring
● Outgoing with amazing customer service skills
● Success in creating new teams and/or rebuilding teams in a collaborative
environment.
● Phenomenal communication skills, oral and written, with heavy emphasis on
listening.
● Experience in setting and reaching financial goals
● Bachelor's degree required demonstrating academic success
● No nights, weekends, or holidays required!
