Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SOCIAL SECURITY SPECIALIST to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social security regulations and procedures, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of Social Security benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in understanding and applying for Social Security benefits.
Review and process Social Security applications and documentation.
Provide guidance on eligibility requirements and benefit calculations.
Stay up-to-date with changes in Social Security laws and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and applications.
Qualifications:
Two years’ experience and/or AA degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
In-depth knowledge of Social Security regulations and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
