Key Responsibilities:

+ Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) specifically for Human Resources data.

+ Collaborate with HR leadership and subject matter experts to understand their analytical needs, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting requirements related to workforce, talent, compensation, and other HR domains.

+ Extract, transform, and load (ETL) HR data from various sources (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, PeopleSoft, spreadsheets) into OAC, ensuring data quality and integrity.

+ Configure and manage data models within OAC to support complex HR reporting and analysis.

+ Provide technical support and training to HR end-users on how to effectively utilize OAC for self-service analytics and reporting.

+ Troubleshoot data discrepancies, performance issues, and user access problems within the OAC HR analytics environment.

+ Stay current with OAC features, best practices, and advancements in HR analytics to continuously enhance the platform's capabilities.

+ Ensure data security and compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA if applicable) within the HR analytics environment.

+ Assist in the creation of documentation, including data dictionaries, report specifications, and user guides.

On-call rotations will be likely during evenings and weekend. Must be flexible to travel onsite to client site up to 10%.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 2 years experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud

+ HS Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with Epic

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
