What Youll Do:

Craft signature beverages, coffee mocktails, and café drinks that reflect the elegance of the Passion Fuschia brand.

Deliver an exceptional guest experience through personalized service, drink knowledge, and polished presentation.

Maintain a clean, organized, and stylish bar area in line with luxury service standards.

Work closely with the service and kitchen team to ensure smooth flow of café operations.

Assist in developing seasonal drink menus and contributing creative ideas for the bar program.

Provide recommendations and insights to guests on drink pairings and café specials.

Ensure consistency, quality, and hygiene in all drink preparations.

What Were Looking For:

Previous experience as a bartender in upscale cafés, cocktail bars, or luxury dining spaces.

Strong knowledge of coffee, non-alcoholic beverages, and mocktail mixing.

A flair for hospitality and guest engagementcharming, polished, and professional.

Creative and detail-oriented, with a passion for flavor and aesthetics.

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and special events.

Based in or willing to commute to PIK Avenue, North Jakarta.
