· Have min. 5 years experience manage OEM channel and business

· Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
· Expert in time management and familiar with BRM and CRM
· Understand Automation product and solution
· Ability to understand customer application and give customer solution
· Ability to create and deliver customer presentations
