Interior Design Account Executive

Krista + Home (KH) is an award-winning, luxury interior design firm based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and a proud part of the Vesta family. With national reach and an elevated design vision, we specialize in bespoke, full-service interior design for discerning residential clients throughout South Florida and beyond. This newly created role is designed to drive client acquisition and sales within our interior design division.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL for a Interior Design Account Executive at Krista + Home. The role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, leading the sales team, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Partnerships
Build and manage relationships with key referral sources such as realtors, developers, architects, contractors, and other industry professionals.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through organic outreach and strategic networking.
Represent KH at industry events, open houses, walkthroughs, and networking functions.
Educate partners about KH’s full-service design offerings, Vesta’s staging capabilities, and cross-sell opportunities.
Sales Pipeline Management
Introduce qualified leads into the KH intake process in collaboration with Creative Development.
Track lead activity and status in KH’s CRM, ensuring pipeline transparency for leadership.
Collaborate on drafting or reviewing proposals with the Director of Creative Development.
Sales Enablement & Strategy
Partner with marketing to ensure that sales collateral and messaging are current and compelling.
Provide valuable market insights and partnership feedback to inform business development strategy.
Contribute to refining sales tools and communication touchpoints.
Qualifications
Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation skills
Strategic Planning and Forecasting abilities
Client Relationship Management experience
Strong Communication and Presentation skills
Leadership and Team Management capabilities
Knowledge of the Home Decor industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $60,000–80,000 depending on experience
On-Target Earnings (OTE): With strong performance
