Information Technology Supervisor

We’re seeking a dynamic IT Supervisor to lead and optimize IT operations. In this role, you’ll ensure the performance, security, and reliability of critical systems that support workflows. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to leadership, a mentor to IT staff, and a hands-on expert in delivering high-quality, compliant technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of IT operations across multiple sites, including infrastructure, networking, enterprise applications, and end-user support.

Provide expert-level support and administration in Microsoft 365, Windows Hypervisor, Fortinet security solutions, and database systems.

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing IT team focused on responsiveness, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with executives to align IT initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Ensure system uptime, data security, and compliance with IT standards.

Manage escalated technical issues and provide after-hours support for critical incidents as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT leadership, preferably within a multi-location environment.

Strong technical background in network infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud-based services.

Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Fortinet technologies, and virtual server environments.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
