Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to support a large-scale CRM transformation program. The candidate will serve as a technical lead across multiple Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and a custom Dealer Portal, with an emphasis on Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex development, and API integrations.

This is a hands-on engineering role, not just configuration.

Responsibilities:

Lead Salesforce development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Dealer Portal.

Design, develop, and deploy custom LWC components and Apex-based solutions.

Build robust API integrations with backend systems (Oracle Fusion, Informatica).

Migrate large datasets: 100M+ rows and 20M+ files, while ensuring data integrity.

Lead platform split projects (Salesforce org split) and manage metadata separations.

Implement PR quality gates and static code analysis (CodeScan, Plauti Data Management (PDM) ).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver under tight deadlines.
