DevOps Engineer

$40-60hr/

Must Haves:

Active Top Secret Security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI is preferred)

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or STEM field from an accredited institution or 6 years in lieu of

Experience with containerization (Docker OR Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code (IAC), OR DevSecOps

Familiarity with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

Experience working in an Agile environment and working with Agile tools

Active IAT II Certification (Sec+ preferred) or able to obtain the certification within 60 days

Plusses:

Master's Degree

Cloud certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner or higher, or Azure Fundamentals or higher)

Job Description:

An employer in the Dayton, OH & Rome, NY area is seeking a Top-Secret DevOps Engineer for a contract to hire opportunity. This individual will be responsible but not limited to the following: will be joining an agile team to support the Cloud development program that encompasses multiple teams across information security, cloud migration and developing infrastructure. This group will work alongside these team members and the government customers at the base to containerize and deploy platforms into a new environment. Will provide enhancements to implement any new requirements, functions, increase efficiencies and deployments. Will be required to sit on site at the base or the office 5 days a week and must hold a Top-Secret Security clearance with SCI eligibility minimum. Can sit at either the Dayton, OH, customer location or Rome, NY, customer location.
