JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role involves developing innovative tools, processes, and data reports to support embedded software integration teams in making informed decisions and enhancing their efficiency and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
Position typically requires 8 years or more relevant experience.
Designing and implementing tools and processes to improve workflow, creating comprehensive data reports and dashboards, identifying opportunities for operational improvements, collaborating with teams to understand their needs, providing training and support, and managing projects related to operational excellence initiatives.
On Specialist level the employee is a specialist in System Design Engineering typically obtained through education and work experience.
Leading on complex group tasks/projects and actively developing team members
Role model of cutting edge thinking and an established contributor to lifelong learning within the TD/BA as a master trainer, coach and/or mentor
Solid T-shaped profile with definable expert knowledge within broad-based all-around toolkit
Demonstrable influencer within the Client Group network
Clear articulation of how he/she is creating value to the respective TD/BA beyond their part of the organization
