Production Supervisor

Are you a night owl with a passion for leading teams and driving results on the production floor? We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to take charge of 3rd shift operations at a growing automotive manufacturing facility in Michigan.

What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate a skilled team of machinists and operators

Keep production running smoothly, safely, and on schedule

Drive continuous improvement using Lean and 5S principles

Coordinate with leadership to oversee and improve production shift output.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world problems

Make an impact where it counts, on the shop floor

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of leadership in a high-paced manufacturing setting

Strong CNC machining background

Proven experience applying Lean/5S tools

Someone who thrives in the fast lane — and on the night shift
