Project Manager

Position: Project Manager

Compensation: $90,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: ONSITE -- Edmond, Oklahoma

Join a dynamic and fast-growing team as a Project Manager where you'll oversee exciting projects across various industries like casinos, hospitals, and more. This opportunity arises as a backfill for an internal promotion, giving you a chance to step into a role with a strong foundation and ample room for growth. Work alongside a talented team to deliver high-quality security solutions and installations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically handling five at a time

Coordinate with sales and field operations to establish project scope

Provide technical assistance and quality control on installations

Conduct project meetings for large or key national accounts

Maintain client satisfaction through effective communication

Prepare and present project updates to management and clients

Oversee subcontractor relationships and project completion

Required Qualifications & Experience:

PMP certification or equivalent project management experience

3+ years of relevant project management experience

Experience with enterprise-level projects

Advanced knowledge of CCTV, access control, and security systems

Strong communication and customer service skills

Background in IT, physical security, construction, or telecom

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Familiarity with accounting principles and practices

Proficiency in MS and Google Suite, especially PowerPoint
