Position Background:
Andiamo is seeking an End-User Computing Administrator to oversee and optimize our client's end-user computing environment. The role will focus on maintaining, managing, and improving our collaboration technologies, endpoint management, and security initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert (SME) in Windows 11 and Windows 11 migrations, Jamf Mac Management, ChatGPT and Copilot management, Zoom Phone management, monthly patching for end-user assets, PaperCut Print management, Intune management, SCCM, Landesk management, and SharePoint administration. The candidate will work closely with IT and business teams to ensure smooth operations and enhanced collaboration across the organization.
Office Expectations:
The End-User Computing Administrator will be expected to be on-site at least three days per week, with an initial expectation of four days per week for the first six months, followed by an evaluation for potential adjustments. Office presence will align with broader business policies regarding in-office work.
Responsibilities:
• Windows 11 management, migrations and optimize Windows 11 environments.
• Jamf Mac endpoint management, ensuring seamless Mac user experiences.
• Implement and oversee monthly patching for all end-user assets, ensuring compliance and security.
• Oversee Intune, SCCM, and Landesk management for endpoint administration and security.
• Microsoft Azure AD management.
• Manage and optimize collaboration tools, including Microsoft, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, and Zoom Phone.
• Manage ChatGPT and Copilot integrations, ensuring AI-driven productivity tools enhance business operations.
• Support O365 collaboration tools such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
• SharePoint administration, including site management, user permissions, and optimization of SharePoint collaboration.
• PaperCut Print management for optimizing printing services across the organization.
• Monitor and remediate compliance issues related to collaboration and endpoint security.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support for desktop and collaboration tool issues.
• Develop and maintain end-user documentation and conduct training for the Desktop Support team.
Core Experience and Certifications:
• 10+ years of IT experience with hands-on administration of end-user computing environments.
• Expertise in Windows 11 migration and endpoint optimization.
• Experience using desktop management tools (Intune, SCCM, Landesk, or equivalent).
• Jamf Pro experience for Mac device management.
• Experience managing ChatGPT, Copilot, and AI-driven productivity tools.
• Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Zoom Phone administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Group Policy, Active Directory, and Azure management.
• Experience with Print management and PaperCut Print management.
• SharePoint administration experience, including site management and permissions control.
• Experience with desktop security initiatives and compliance monitoring.
• Industry certifications such as Microsoft 365 (MD-100/MD-101), Jamf 200, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA.
