Job Requirements:

Applicable industry experience with IT Service Desk, desktop, network, and/or systems troubleshooting and support

Lead in the support and continuous improvement of highly available systems and network

Installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of Windows Infrastructure

Architecture of Data Center level enhancements and new technologies

Act as an escalation point for the infrastructure and Service Desk teams in troubleshooting issues

Initiate & manage support tickets with hardware and software vendors

Maintain updated network and systems documentation and diagrams as needed

Career progression development including job specific certifications, vendor training, and conferences

Microsoft DQL, Exchange, Azure, Dynamics AX, MS Office Applications, Server Virtualization, Windows Server Operating Systems, Powershell
