Project Manager (Cloud)

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead application modernization and data pipeline integration efforts for federal programs. This role requires a solid technical foundation in Node.js, React, SQL, Azure Data Explorer (ADX) and Azure Data Factory (ADF), along with a proven track record of managing complex technical projects in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full lifecycle delivery of web applications and data pipeline solutions.

Manage development teams building Node.js and React.js full-stack applications.

Oversee integration and orchestration of Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines for ingesting and transforming data from multiple sources.

Collaborate closely with product owners, QA, security, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment and delivery quality.

Track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with federal standards, including 508 accessibility.

Use tools like Jira, Confluence, and DevOps platforms for planning, tracking, and documentation.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience as a technical project manager in federal or large enterprise environments.

Strong working knowledge of:

Node.js, React.js

Azure Data Factory (ADF) and data pipeline orchestration

SQL

CI/CD, Git, and modern DevOps practices

Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.

Preferred knowledge on databases like Cosmos DB.

Familiarity with API development, secure data workflows, and data integration best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on federal projects.

Understanding of 508 compliance, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53 standards.

Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or Azure Data Engineer.
